Sellers of sub-standard goods who refuse to communicate Melbourne

I bought a pair of boots and some accessories from them. When they finally arrived, the boots had a very obvious defect and none of the paid for accessories were sent. Several emails were sent to complain, but they did not reply to any.
I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company. Once they've got your money, they don't want to know! A poor advert for Australian companies and honesty.
