My 25ft. Husky tape measure broke, I took it in at the returns, I was told it's not covered. I told her to read the warr. On the back. She did and called the store manager. He said it's not and I would have to contact husky for a replacment. I told her I was not leaving without a new tape. She called the manager again he said the same thing. They sent another person over to tell me the same thing. The store manager told the returns lady to tell me I can only return it if I am not satisfied, This tape is broken, you have to send it to Husky. I told her that yes it is broken, thats why I am not satisfied. The 2nd man said O. K we will replace it this time but do not ever return to this store to exchange this tape measure again. If this one breaks I will see them again
