Do not do any kind of business with emile beaucard!!! He is a professional con artist and scammer. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past few decades from several innocent people with his elaborate schemes. He develops friendly relationships with his victims over time until he feels as if he has gained your trust, only to con you out of your hard earned money via false business oppurtunities and bogus real estate transactions. He will create fraudulent documents and forge your signature in order to make it seem as if you agreed to his phony and absurd contracts.
Beware of any talks of his so called "successful fish importing business" which no longer even exists. Do not loan any money for supposed wholesale fish qoutas in which he may initially show you a small return on; it is nothing but a simple ponzi scheme. Do not allow this person to gain your trust or lure you with his supposed wealth, which is nonexistant. The only property that he "owns" is in foreclosure. He once was a D-list actor; do not allow him to impress you with stories of his unsuccessful and pathetic acting career.
