Metals trading group i invested in precious metels and when i sold my assets they did not send me any funds

I invested thousands of dollars with this company and according to the monthly statements i was doing quite well. When i cashed my assets in january 6 they stated that the check would be in the mail shortly. It never arrived and i found out later they filed chapter11 in dade county court january 19. I doubt i will ever get much of my investment back unfortunately. I am writing to let other people know that 2 days after they filed they opened back up under the name metals trading group, at their original address. Under any circumstances i would recommend that you should NOT do business with this company. They have destroyed many lives and are immediately back to scamming people out of their hard earned money. It is especially devastating to me scince i suffered a tramatic brain injury years ago and have to struggle every day. These criminals have just made my life much much harder. Please dont let this happen to you
