Making false claims in letters sent. They have been asked to validate the debt and provide the "original" wet ink mortgage agreement and Promissory Note so their 'charges' can be validated

Conseco Finance Servicing Corp (AKA) and Green Tree, LLC were served requests via third-party witness (presentment under notary seal) for validation of debt pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Truth In Lending Act. All requests have been ignored. Now they are claiming they have a 'right' to repossess without answering our requests. This is a criminal enterprise who is acting under color of law with no standing and no authority to proceed to repossess a mobile home they have not proven they are 'holder in due course' of the original mortgage/security agreement and note.
