In the month of December while on line I saw a advertisement for a tooth product that would help with the whiting of teeth and the ad said if $1.00 shipping and handling was paid you would recieve a sample tube of tooth whiting tooth paste that could or would help whiten your teeth. I did order the tube, but after some careful thought and reconsideration I immediately call back and cacel the order, this was on December 18. The cancellation was taken by a young lady name Cheryl and I was assured the order was cancelled and given a confirmation number for the cancellation. The next day a man called to verify the order and I told him the order had been cancelled and I didn't want the product. I should have known something was wrong then because for the next 2 days I received bacl to back phone calls from the natural source store about confirming the order and continued to tell thim that the order had been cancelled and was then told I couldn't the order because it was to late. This really made me very furious because I began to sense I was about to be ripped off, and sure enoughI did. Starting on Dec. 18 monies was being deducted from my debit card at random. Dec. 18$1.00, Dec. 31, $78.95, Dec. 31, again $1.00 in Jan. 2010 on 2 occasions$1.00 and agin in Jan.$. 95 cents was taken. This ladies and gentlemen all without my authorization. After many weeks of calling the natural source store and leaving my name and number I never received any call backs from any one at natural source store. I then contacted my card holder a dispute claim was filed, after which I received a call from Robbie Depathy who after a very long and very rude, unprofessional conversation from this so called Senior Customer Service Consulant, who by the way needs a lot, a whole lot of customer service training on how to treat and talk to customer and not be rude to customers. I was told I authorized and received this merchandise and that was the end of that and NO REFUND of my monies would be given and very rudely hung up the phone.
I still to this day Jan 28 have not authorized, ordered nor received any thing from this company but nasty, very rude and unprofessional service. I have been reading some of the report that have been made concerning this company and they must really have some pull somewhere to have and still be allowed to commit this much fraud, on line fraud, theft from peoples credit accounts, mail fraud and still be allowed to continue to operate so openly and dishonestly. The owners must reall be low class citizens or are definitely greasing somebodies pockets in high places. I will continue to try and get my monies back (all this theivery for $82.00) because for a honest working man, $82.00 is a lot of money, by for a big time crook who runs a crooked company it's says a lot about him and the people that work for him. I wonder sometimes is there still any hope in this country or this world for that matter, for the small time working man, I know there is because I know there is still a GOD, and people like you and the people that work for you lets me know the devil is still busy. I bet you're not big enough to answer or contact me concerning this matter or any one else. Remember every dog has his or her DAY and some have 2, your day is colser than you think
