Berks County Technology Consultants - Matt Heckman
Didn't fix my computer, worse off than before, won't give money back Reading Internet

I used Berks Technology "Consultants" to service my computer and to get rid of the spy and adware, ect, in addition to adding secure firewall/antivirus.

I admit that I don't know that much about computers obviously, or I would have been able to do this myself.

What I got from the technology company of one, Matt Heckman, is a computer that was WORSE off than when I started. I called and left messages. About 10. I emailed and emailed. Have I heard from this guy? NO!

I shamefully admit that I had the work done remotely. I was DUMB and will never do that again. Best Buy is now trying to figure out exactly WHAT he did, but it is not looking good.

I want my money back and I am reporting him to the BBB and every complaint site I can find!
