Keeping calling and demaand the credit card debt my husband owe, try to make settlement but they refuse, can somebody please take an action toward them

I been trying to negotiate with the Harry and Zide attorney for settlement offer for my husband credit card debt, they are so unreasonable and demanding, been trying sending letterfor lowest offer they can give but they accuse me for being unresposible, if anybody want to sues them please include me. Thank you
