Their customer service is great when you want to call in and open an account but once you are a member you are told to call this other number, 866-402-2559. Every single time I have called the recording eventually says that due to high call volume the call will be dropped. I then emailed them through my online account and a month later I still have not heard back. I have been trying to get in contact with them because in September, 4 months ago, I tried to close my account, I did not sign a contract and was made to believe it was as easy as calling and saying I didnt want it anymore to cancel. I was completely wrong. I went into my local gym and was told to send in a written request. I did that and just yesterday I was sent a bill for the last four months worth of membership. Again, I have been calling for the last two days and no answer. They are a horribly run company and wont let you out once you get in!!!
