This company's employees harrassed me at home, work and on my cell phone and also threatened me jail time. I was disputing this debt but they did not care. This was a joint debt between my estranged spouse and I but they only came after me not him. Claim they can not find him. A small debt has now turned into thousands of dollars because of so-called interest, penalities etc. I was laid off and once employed again took a 75% cut in pay but yet they will not reduce my previous payment agreement. If I make a payment less than previously agreed to they will take me to court. These people have horrible and deplorable practices and any company that uses them for collection purposes obviously are not humane individuals.
