While waiting in court for my son to be arined I was aprouched by a man poseing as a bailbonds men he told me his name was joe and he worked for spartan bail bonds and he offered to help us right away, my sons bail winded up being 200,000 dollars he asked how much money we had on us and I replyed 5000.00 dollars he said it wasent enough for the whole bond but it would start everything right away and my son would get out much sooner so we gave him the money and he gave us a receipt and a phone number to call in a hour or so and when we called the number we were told that theres been a problem with joe takeing money from people and he doesent work here anymore, but come down and lets see if we could help Iwas told if Isign a bond with him he be willing to help me get back my money, I asked how he said the bond would be 12,000 and he take off 2000.00 and charge me only 10,000.00 and the other 3000.00 he would pay me back in acouple of mounths I agreed. Three mounths later he arrested my son and told him the deal I made with your father is off the insurance company wants the money now. So i had to pay him 2000.00 more and when I told him Im going to sue him for my moneyhe told me my son bond would be revoked and he will sit in jail while fighting his case. I have 4 other witnesses to this and 1 is a police officer.
