I have purchased Canon 500D Digital SLR camera from Crazy Cameras as i thought they were a UK based company as they trading as carzycameras.co.uk after purchasing the item i was told 7 days to wait for delivery, I said that would be fine and if it was not delivered in that time i would like a refund! They had said that is fine i have waited over 15days now and no camera! Tried calling them and i just get an answering machine all the time! I have emailed and tried there online chat and no one wants to reply to me or even try help me! I received the ITEM and its not a valid camera in the UK with the warranty from canon as its from the USA. This has highly upset me and i have now lost a lot of money due to this company and loosing money every day as i purchased this camera to take over a friends photography business and spent all my money on the camera and now i cant work and i have lost out on two photo shoots which would have brought in a fair amount of money for me.
These guys advertise false equipment and state that its UK made and stuff in the mean while its not they all grey imports that do not qualify for any Warranty in the UK nor any special deals like they advertised on the website (get 50 back if you purchase and send the details off to Canon! Oh sorry yes you bought a grey import we cant offer that deal to you! (canon))
These guys are scum of the earth and deserve no business what so ever! BEWARE
