When on the phone with the customer service agent i was told a price on the services rendering. Upon learning the price i stated that i wanted to cancel or at least have the items put on hold. During this time the agent was highly persistent. I then had an important call come in on my other line. Which also he was not compliant in due to my call was missed once i clicked over. I then proceed to check my account to see if I was charged. Only to see that i was and without any invoice information and i did not give final conformation. Also when i tried to make contact i was lied to y one of the clerks gave a number and the time of opening and closing which i found to be untruthful as to the hours.
