Takes Advantage of the Handicapped

This man, Glen Chumley sent me my medical Alert Box. I was promised $100.00 refund if I no longer needed it. He was all sweet and helpful UNTIL I sent it back because I no longer needed it.
As soon as I sent it back and he received it I could no longer get a response to my calls, emails or correspondence.
I still haven't received my refund for the box or the money he told me I was eligible for the remainder of the year payment.
I wish I had taken advantage of this web site before I ordered my Medical Alert.
I hate to think of how many Senior Citizens or Handicapped persons he has taken advantage of!
