Glenn Chumley I've fallen and can't get up, fall, medic, alert

The company sold us the monitoring system a few years ago and all was well until last year, when we paid for a year upfront. Then the monitoring company called to tell us they were cutting off monitoring unless we paid them directly as Mr. Chumley was not making the payments to the 3rd party monitoring station.
