I have been trying to get a refund on this bed and shipping labels sent to me for well over a month now. I don't understand what the problem is! This bed is not a solid pine bed like I was told and it has several broken peices. I want shipping labels sent to me or I will get the better business br.involved. This is ridiculous and I can't see how you are still in business if this company treats their customers like this. I want my money back!!! All of it!!
