AFN - Auto Financing Network
AFN they mistakenly put my car on a repossession list. And they repossessed on monday morning i have to call off work 45 minutes before i had to be there i work for hospice of the valley i care for dying

On may 2nd 2009 i financed a car from AFN they gave me 3 day temp tag but i called them on it so they got my a 30 day temp, and then one month later i got up to go to work and my car was gone i called 911 and found out afn repo'd my car so before i called afn i went to the bank to make sure they got their payment they did and i got a print out of this and went to afn instead of calling when i got there i was told someone would be with me in a minute after 20-30 minute michael fischer called me in his office and told me they repo'd my car because they could not get ahold of me. I tried to explain that i work for hospice of the valley and they pay my phone bill and my phone has to be on at all times mike called me a liar he told me the number they had was wrong i told him to call it while i was there he did it rang he then got really mad grabbed some keys off the desk that he thought was my and told me he would get my F'en car that ended with him throwing his keys at my car calling me a bitch. And him and JOSH BURNS standing in front of my making me go out a side driveway. When i got home i had to call my job and try to explain why i called in 45 minutes before i had to be there because my car was repo'd. Like i said i work for hospice of the valley i take care of terminally ill people and it is not acceptable for that to happen my job was on the line if i could not prove it was not my fault so after all day of calling and being past to several people mike finely got on the phone and asked if he did f up what could he do to help i got him to write me a letter to my boss explaining. They bent the half shaft on my car the check engine light has been on since i have had problems since they pulled it out of my driveway the body of my car was bolt on with only 4 bolts i have put more money into this piece of crap then its worth i havent had it a year i reported them BBB they said they would file my complaint. They ripped off $3 i had in my glovebox, this car is in bad shape i dont think i will last the 2 years i have to pay it off MY CAR IS MY JOB and i traded my 1995 chevy cavalier in on it. And i was treated like shit josh burns michael fischer and john middleton acted as if i did something wrong there is so much more but i dont know how much i can write so please call if there is anyone that can help or give me some advice thanks
