This book, Virginia Woolf's 'The voyage out' was ordered through Amazon.com and was actually intended to be read. However, this can not be done, due to the numerous OCR errors that are prevalent throughout the book. There was no way of knowing that this book was an OCR scan before it was purchased. Disclaimers notwithstanding, this book was illegible, and can not be read in it's current format. I do understand that this is a 'book on demand', although it was not advertised as such when purchased. The Harvard Bookstore (http://www.harvard.com/bookmachine/fees.html) has a device that will print out anything I desire at 4 cents per page. For all I know, the book that I have was printed there. The binding is good, the cover art, meh, but the content is insulting if it is actually intended to be read. The book is in the public domain and freely available for download as an unedited OCR scan. If this business is intended to be a book printing service, then they should be working with a proofread copy. As it is, any bum on the street in Cambridge Mass. With access to a computer could sell me this book.
