These people claim that they will sell you a set of instructions that will enable you to convert your DVD player so that it will play any regiion.
This could be true, however what they do not tell you until you have pade a purchase is that you will also need a special remote control with which to re programe your machine.
They list makes and models of players that they claim their product will work with, but not until you receive the programe is it made clear that the machines own remote control will not work to deliver the code to your machine.
They have a "customer service complaint ticket system " however as can be seen are not intrested in refunding.
Iregard this as deception.

If you had stated that that purchasing additional equipment that you do not have or need except to use our product, then I would understand.
The fact is that you are misrepresenting the product.
Your web site states that your product works on the Marantz, not that it will work if you are prepared to buy a universal remote for $30.
If my payment is not refunded or you do not send me a suitable remote, so that I might use your product as claimed. Be prepared to receive some negative reviews, regarding your sharp practice.

The fact that I need to purchase, otherwise unwanted additional equipment in order to use your un coder was not made clear at the time of purchase.
The Marantz DV4100 is listed as a machine that is suitable for your un coder, but there is not a warning of the need for the additioal universal handset.
Please arrange a refund of the purchase price.

Yes, you do need to use the OneForAll Universal remote for unlocking the Marantz DV4100 as shown in the DVD Unlocker.
The PIONEER DVR 3100 is not one of the DVD players covered by DVD Unlocker.
