Wachovia and wells fargo are ripping off the american ppl with overdraft charges. The bank waited to post 1 charge of 2.00 to my account so they could charge me an overdraft fee on 6 other holds in my acount. Thus charging me with 210.00 in overdraft charges in a matter of 48 hrs. Even when they knew i had a direct deposit pending for the next morning. This has happened over and over, and when i confronted them they told me they had refunded me in the past and i wasnt eligible. This is highway robbery. I am hoping the current administration is putting a stop to this illegal practice, especially to the blue collar workers who are already having a hard time making ends meet. I am making a fight of this.
