Jonathan Wachtel Purchased handmade cufflinks now refuses to pay over $2000 in invoices owed for over 2 years. Had to send him to collections and he still only pays $100 every 4 months or so

I designed and created hand made glass cufflinks for this company. They sold them to their own customers at 4x the price I charged them and then refused to pay me for my work. They have one excuse after another, always some sob story about why they can't pay this week. Every time I called they promised to send a check that day but it never came. After over a year of dealing with them I turned them over to a collections agency and they still only pay about $100 every 4 months. They owe me over $2000. They have installed caller ID and now won't take calls from the collection agency. They also sold them as their own designs when I am the one who designed them and produced them.
