I went to www.cimemawon.com on 1/14/10 and signed up for what I thought was a good download site for movies. It wasn't until I had used my credit card to add money to the account and began downloading that I quickly realized that this is a huge rip off. After following every step and downloading all the software that they require to play the movie I downloaded two movies Disney's "Up" and "Blind Side". First off "up" doesn't play correctly and keeps freezing up or turning pixelated, and the sound doesn't match the picture. Blind Side keeps having the copyright information showing up at the bottom half of the picture, that got me to realize that these are pirated movies.
I then got my bank statement and wow over charged. The site says that the charge is $19.95 usd as did the emailed receipt that was sent to me. The receipt says that it will be billed under www.zml.com but in fact it shows as "filmsarehere.com and for $28.71 plus a fee billed by my card company for $1.42. (Foreign Trans fee) I went to the contact link and sent in a complaint and request for refund and got an email with link to my complaint resolution page. The link doesn't work even when copied and pasted. I went to the site again and read the terms and discovered that this rip off company is in Russia. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from continuing to charge me. I am currently waiting on a charge back to be processed by the bank so I can recover the money that was stolen from me. The Russian company will not respond and all that comes in is automatic email replies.
