An open letter to CEO Charles Ergen:
As the CEO of Deaf Broadcast Network I have lived long enough to have seen some rather remarkable scams in my time, and the one you are currently running with new Dishnetwork customers is right up there with Bernie Madoffs ponzi scheme. How is this possible that your agents can make a promise and commitment on one hand, and then renege on that same commitment with the other? In other words, how many times do you have to be sued for reprehensible and fraudulent business practices that smack of dirty boiler room tactics?
My personal experience with your company has left me absolutely flabbergasted and in a state of disbelief at how your customer agents are completely out of control. They say, do, and promise anything to make sales knowing full well those agreements will never be honored. After frustrating, rude and belligerent attitudes from agents: MellissaCXC, AngelaQED who said we have the right to change terms and prices at any time, and Kendra32A who hung up on me after telling me that you would continue to raise my monthly fees, departing from the original arrangement and there wasnt anything I could do about it, I figure you and your outfit need a lesson in ethical business practices.
