Nick Benavides and Gateway Financial are in the business of taking advantage of people. Ryan Case and Ryan Lee are his top 2 agents and they make lots of money by defrauding innocent victims. Ryan Case will create fake paystubs and Tax returns without the customer knowing and then charge ridiculous fees or as they like to call it "raping people". I have witnessed Ryan Case forging Verifications of Employment and Verifications of Deposit. I know of at least 5 loans that Nick Benavides has had to buy back. These people will promise that they can find you a house way under value and promise you that they will sell it before your first payment is due as long as you give them a portion of the equity. It has never worked that way. You will always get stuck with a house that is not worth what you paid for it (because they falsified the appraisal) and you will never hear from them again. I am sure that they will be arrested before long! I feel sorry for anyone involved with them.
