Whatever you do, DO NOT give this company your account information or credit card information. The only way to stop them from stealing from your account is to close it. Equal Health & Life is a scam. They take monthly premium payments until you make a claim. When the claim is made, they simply deny it. If you cancel, they simply ignore you and continue taking payments from your credit card or debit account.
