It seems that it is likely one or two people in the company. When I tried to return the wrong product, there was no one at the address to accept the return. Then, it turned out that they lied about sending me a replacement as soon as I sent them a tracking number for the return.
There is no one at the phone numbers listed on their web site. However, when I threatened to put the credit card in dispute, one guy called me on his cell phone.
Their stuff is clearly crap. Do not do any business with this company.
