I purchased a silver bag from this company almost 2 weeks ago, and when I had not recieved the bag or any more e-mails regarding when my bag will be shipped, I sent an e-mail to the company, I got a reply that stated they had sent me an email saying they didnt have the color I wanted and gave the options they did have available. I let them know that I had not recieved the email and that I choose the color I wanted. I also asked when I could expect my bag, and the lady was very short and rude with me. She took an additional 2 days to respond to my emails, but by that time I had filed a complaint with Alertpay, who handles there payments, then all of a sudden I get an email back from her stating that she will be shipping my bag by the end of the week. Mind you this is going on 3 weeks. So I notified Alertpay that she states she will ship by the end of the week, and I was agreeable to that, but that if I don't recieve my bag that I would be contacting them again. Well apparently, Alertpay contacted her and she sent me an email stating that she would not ship my bag and she didnt know why I filed a report. I advised her of my displeasure with her customer service, and all I want is my bag or my money, and I have yet to hear back from her. I will update this soon and let you all know the outcome. Either way I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company, they are very sketchy and have no regard for there customers. Until next time... Beware!!!
