I bought a brand new queen mattress set, and the salesman assured me that the Bobs brand was the same quality and performance as the brand names, and then he stated that if there were any problems with the set, then I could return it within (30) days of the purchase.
Well, within three days after the purchase I was under excruciating back pain, since the mattress would bulge or deform when laying on it. I contacted the sales person, and he gave me the customer service number, then I called customer service, and they stated: We dont exchange or reimburse purchases based on comfort.
Why would anybody buy a mattress if is not for comfort? Well, they gave me the run around, the sales person would hide from me, and every time I called they would tell me that he was not in. So, I ended up buying a real brand labeled set, and my back problems went away, but I ended up with a useless mattress for which I paid over $700. BE AWARE, and dont pay attention to the COME ON DOWN line
