Quint Pillai is a Con man and a crook. He's been flying under the radar for many years now. His schemes include mail fraud, bank fraud, (obtaining loans through false documentation) money laundering, income tax fraud and many other crimes. He's conned many people out of money through his real estate dealings and other scams.
I am speaking on behalf of a very good friend of mine who will not be named here (I will present the name and info to the authorities). For many years Quint Pillai lived at 1021 Otto Ave, St. Paul, Minnesota. Last year he approached my friend and asked her if she wanted to rent his house, she agreed, he moved out. To make a very long story short, my friend payed him rent for many months then to her shock, found out that the house was in foreclosure when a person from the bank showed up at the house.
Stay away from this crook - every thing he does is shady! He plays the part of an up-standing business man, attending Rotary Club meeting and such but he's just a total piece of shit. Beware of his temper, he's on HGH and he can go nuts at any time. Also, he's been known to carry a gun in his Audi.
He's currently working flipping shitty homes through invester that, no doubt, he's ripping off too.
