These two people go around asking for a rent house. Everything they tell you is lies, they manage to sneak in before paying deposit, never pay a dime. They move in a bunch of dogs and wreck the place trying to get you to throw them out, and if you do, they will sue, and that's how they make their living. They prey on inexperienced lanlords. They are going by the names Raymond and Kim Newland, but since everything else is lies, this is probably too. They presently have a small girl and boy who they say are there's.
