I checked my cank account today and found out I am 19.95 in the negative. I did not authorize this transaction and do not even know what Uniguard is

I checked my checking account and found out a company by the name of Uniguard has taken $19.95 from my account. I do not know who or what this company is and did not authorize such a transaction. I keep trying to call this company at the number by bank gave me and I cannot get anyone to answer.
