While checking my account online, I notice the ACH debit by Uniguard for $19.95. I immediately notified my bank, Chase, and they first asked me to check out the web site and make sure that I did not authorize the debit. At first, I was unable to locate a web site for Uniguard, so I re-contacted my bank and solicited their assistance. They wasted no time in doing so, especially when I advised them that complaint had listed Uniguard as a suspicious and fraudulent company. Chase is in the process of crediting my account and reporting the fraudulent activity by Uniguard. Way to go Chase and for those that submitted a report to Ripoff. Thanks to you all!
