Contracted with company to optimize two of my websites. Work quality poor and requested an immediate refund and reversal of changes to my websites. Sent numerous emails, faxes, certifed letters to their general manager and president. Eventually contacted by their customer service manager who reluctantly agreed to a 50% discount. 5 weeks later, no refund, and no return phone calls or emails despite numerous attempts. During the time I have been waiting for the refund I was contacted by their call center to sell me the same package, because"they noticed that my websites did not fall very high on the search engine rankings". Talk about a lack of communication!
