I ordered some items from this online store. They took the money out of my bank account. I called them a week later and asked for a tracking number to see where
The package was. I was told that it had not went out yet. I asked why? They told me that the products was not in stock... It would be shipped soon...
A week later I recieved a partial shipment... They also charged my account again for the shipping... I sent them an E-Mail stating that we have a no tolerance policey on partial orders because we won't pay shipping twice on the same order. I sent them 2 emails and no response... I called them and got a voice mail...
No Response...
I still have not recieved the rest of the order and asked them to reverse the amount of the remaining items back to my bank account.
