The company has had a history of different names:
Pacific Kia, Daewoo Burnaby, Cal National Leasing, H & M Imperial Auto, Lenux Motor Cars, etc. The owner uses the name of Tony Zeban but his real name is Tony Darvazeban. He is known for buying cars involved in accidents from back in Eastern Canada and then bringing them over to the west coast, forging the papers, altering the numbers and more to cover up the car's actual history.
He had various accountants working for him all whom had ties to other shady dealerships in the Lower Mainland. Everyone is not perfect but this guy has been making money off the general public for too long. Time to clean up the place.
We are in the process of starting a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against the business and Tony and are asking everyone who was scammed or a victim of fraud because of these people, please post a reply to this posting.
