I purchased 180 dollars in bids and all of the sudden my account amount for my bids went empty. I lost all my money

I purchased $180 worth of bids. I then started a robot which is supposed to automatically bid for me but all of the sudden my money was gone. And I was left with a zero bid balance. They stolee all my money and I am on a fixed income as i am blind. That was all the money I had left
