I obtained a promotional notice from Philip Rohms in March in regards to a government plan that assisted seniors. You had been to create from $2500 to $4200 for helping seniors with this particular plan. He charged $35 and stated he'd deliver you the educational content for the program. I sent him the $35 and he cashed my check but he never delivered me the substance. And so I consider all of this a fraud and deceptive solicitation for the money. Eldon Hamm Ellinwod Kansas
