CFAB got me too. Been trying to get my refund for months. It is obvious that CFAB has no intentions of making refunds. What I have done so far is send CFAB a registered letter with a return receipt requested detailing what I am going to do if I do not receive my refund within ten business.
Very simply, I am going to contact the US Attorney's Office in Michigan and Florida to file a criminal complaint against CFAB. I am not going to mess with the State Attorney General or the local district attorney because of state and local politics. I will also be writing an open letter to the newspapers in Florida in the hopes that I can bring some pressure on CFAB.
