I placed a order on Dec. 7, they took the money from my credit card on the 12/9, but still have not recieved my cigarettes. No emails with confirmation or shipoping, the website has been do

I placed a order on 12/7 for 1 carton of seneca full flavor kings. They credited my credit card on the 12/9 and it cleared. I have tried the web site, it has been saying down for maintence, the phone number is also saying down for maitence and sorry for any inconviences. I would just like for my money to be credited back to my credit card for the amount of $26.73. Thank you
