Cdu2 ordered $200.00 products web site and phone shut down

Placed a order. Talked to folks there on dec 4th "09. Very helpful
product promised in a week. Nothing showed up. Checked website was down.
Phones down. Did research found other people were having same problem.
Reported fraud to my credit card company.
