I tried to buy a car at this dealership based upon a web ad. Was initially helped by a very courteous salesperson, Ryan. Worked through finance and was approved-with an 810 credit score-not surprising. Almost ready to 'pull the trigger' when Ryan went on vacation in the middle of emails without any indication and was handed me to the internet manager who informed me-Ryan made a mistake, price is now $3000 higher and we can't finance you because you want to title the car in SC instead of FL-but we will fax a buyers order to your bank if you'd like. Ryan then calls from vacation and apologizes for the error-it was posted wrong in the internal server by that stock number. Let me be clear-this wasn't an obvious error like a new Mercedes for $5k-it was $45K in lieu of $48K. The internet manager then went home for the evening without any follow-up or indication she was leaving.

I called back and asked for the manager on duty and he told me that he would have to speak with the General Manager about the issue, but one or the other would call back ASAP with some resolution. I NEVER received a call from either-EVER.

I followed up the next day with the internet manager willing to accept that mistakes had been made on the dealers side and I would negotiate a fair price and reasonable profit on the vehicle for the dealer ABOVE the initial quoted price-like maybe $46.5K. Their response was that the car was a deal at "sticker" and touted how great a deal it was at $3K above the initial offered price-negotiation was not going to happen from their side-despite promises made on the previous day. Take it or leave it, no matter what we said before. I then told them to enjoy their car-I hope it's in their inventory a long, long time.

I will never do business with these people and I sincerely hope you won't either. I have posted this in 26 different places thus far-AND HAVE A GOAL OF 50 TONIGHT and I suppose that say's something for my dedication to spreading this as far and wide as humanly possible.

This (as a minimum) sales staff displayed absolutely no integrity, absolutely no professionalism, and are THE kind of people who give sales a bad name. I would hope the owner of this dealership would be totally embarrassed by their employees actions-but actions usually follow the corporate culture they are fostered in. I can't express to you how much I would avoid doing business with this dealership if I were you!
