I rented a car from enterprise because my car was being repaired and the associate failed to explain the extra coverage I unknowingly purchased for $250.00... Which was also an option, however that was not explain to me. Now I will take that money as a loss.
Being a first time customer, my experience was extremely disappointing, I will never do business with Enterprise again. And I will encourage others to do the same.
