We purchased our Grandee Hot Tub in July. It continues to trip the circuit breaker so the water is usually cold when we want to use it. At present, it is off because the heater wouldn't come on. It has been more costly to have this hot tub because if we have wanted to use the tub we've had to babysit it to make sure it didn't throw the breaker. The person sent out to repair it from Garden Spa and Pool, in Germantown, TN hasn't fixed it — they've been here more than once. They don't show up when they say they are going to come.
We want it fixed, replaced or our money back. This is our second Grandee spa. We loved our first Grandee spa. So, went back to Hot Springs for our next purchase. With our first one we never had a problem with it heating the water (it leaked after several years, but we were always able to use it). This one we've barely been able to use over the 6 months we've had it. We've called and requested help on several occasions since the beginning.
Please help.
