WebRewardStream.com Deceptive advertising immitating Windows features, overly aggressive advertising

Don't know where it came from, but their internet popup ad activated and refused to close. It fraudulantly immitated an MS Windows message alert window in an attempt to make it look as though it had been triggered by the OS.
Message window stated I had a message waiting for me. Clicking on the window activated a popup window claiming I won a choice of one of four prizes.in clicking on one of the prizes (an iPhone) it lead me toward a sign-up for a 2 year contract for mobile phone service in order to get the 'free' iPhone.
Had to forciably close the ad, which was not an easy task. Searched the internet about the ad source, WebRewardStream.com. None of it was good. Tried to find a contact for this business but they aggressively hide their contact information. Please reference below and protect yourself.
