I mailed my phone, a perfectly good Instinct, to ibuyphones.com in October. It is now December and whenever I check status of the phone on the website, its states 'processing.' I have attempted numerouse times to email this company, but I have not gotten any response. I feel like I've been ripped off; they have my phone and I don't have a check. I used another company at the same time for a different phone; I was emailed during the entire process - from receipt of my phone to the cutting of my check. I received payment from them in 2 WEEKS! Ibuyphones.com, however, STILL has my phone and I dont' have a check.in my eyes, this is stealing. I plan to file a google scam report ASAP on this company if I don't hear anything. I do not recommend using them at all, go elsewhere on the web to a more reputable company who CARES for their customers. Ibuyphones.com is a SCAM and a rip-off...
