I purchased a puppy about a month ago from this individual.
He will not invite buyers to his home; there may be something there he doesn't want anybody seeing. We were informed that the sale of a dog in PA has to be purchased at the breeder's home or residence. I was directed to a high school where we received the dog.
We agreed on a price of 1200.00 for the puppy. Prior to pick - up the gentleman told us no less than 1400.00.
We were told and presented in the contract that we would receive the registration papers a week later. It has been over a month and we have received no papers nor have we received any feedback as to why.
The puppy was examined by a vet, we were told the puppy was full of worms and had been given the wrong shots. We therefore paid more to have the dog dewormed and the proper vaccines over again.
I was told to "f* off" and "f* myself in various emails that were sent to me on December 1st 2009.
This gentleman has been know to scam buyers out of receiving puppies, taking their money and disappearing. I urge you to stay away from STEEL CITY BLUES PITBULLS.
