They advertise all over the web — especially at hair beauty sites. Unfortunately, I have yet to find any positive claims from real people that can be traced to prove this product (s) work. I got the 'free offer' set that asked for my credit card in order to pay for the shipping, which was $5.95 or $6.95. Either way, they sort of play down the real price of the products and do not really prominently display that the product price is such and such. I called within two weeks, and was addressed by their customer service rep to continue using it beyond that time, they offered to even extend the time I could hold on to the trial product, saying two weeks was not enough time to properly assess whether this product could work for me. "Some people report results after some more time, " kind of thing. I could not honestly tell whether this was a sales tactic to get me to buy $100 of this product on a vague promise that I'll see results... Eventually... Or not. Either way, since I had the rep on the phone, I did not feel comfortable using for another two weeks for a product line that I suspected really centers on the serum. And finding out the price for just the serum at over 60.00 US only further confirms my suspicion. My hair only reflects that it's more flyaway, not very attractive, although the shampoo line claims to be safe to use every day and actually encourages you to do so since you have to put the spray serum in every night. Don't know if this actually is worth over $100 but based on 'results' on the positive side, they are nil, so I'll pass. Unless and until OOKISA can actually show proof and not just some Joe or Jill S. Saying it's a wonderful product and not much else, I think OOKISA should be thoroughly examined by the Better Business Bureau and banned until they prove us wrong here.
