White collar criminals - These two persons create bogus businesses for the purpose of defrauding investors, other criminal activity include theft by swindle, credit card fraud, wire transfer fraud, writing bad checks and mortgage fraud, etc. They conned me out of money via a promisory note which they had no intentions on paying back. They also conned friends of mine out of money with no intentions on paying them back. They write bad checks in tens of thousands of dollars without fear of being caught. They wrote these bad checks to two persons I know.
The last two businesses in Minnesota were As One Entertainment where they defrauded me and a mortgage company where they defrauded buyers. They purposely sabotage an investment in As One Entertainment so I would lose money because I would not participate in their mortgage fraud scam. They may have others helping them with these criminal activities such as family and friends.
Others are also reporting their criminal activity. If you have been scammed by them, report it.
We also found out that they have been scamming others. This is their lively-hood. I am writing this report to keep others from being scammed by them. They are relentless and verbally abusive in soliciting you to give them money. One of their accomplices said Shirley has a gambling problem.
It was reported from a couple in Arizona in 2008 that Shirley and Kenny (he is called) were renting upper bracket homes and not paying the rent and scamming landlords. Don't know how factual this is but this was what was conveyed from a person that claimed they were scammed by them. They also said they were not the only ones.
A person in Minnesota said a landlord from Arizona contacted him and said that Shirley and Kenny were supposed to pay him rent and left in the middle of the night to avoid paying.
So far they have gotten away with their criminal activities. It is only a matter of time before they are caught.
