I ordered a 2 season dvd box set of car 54 the television show for my husband for christmas. It said that they were brand new dvd's. It cost me $60.90 with shipping and handling. Finally the other day it arrived. To my surprise it came from bejing, china. When i opened the box i was shocked. The cover on the dvd box was a photo copy from a picture and the box was broken. Then to my surprise the dvd's were copies that seemed to be made in someone's house. The quality is very poor. I called my credit card company and they gave me a phone number to the place. This company only deals with emails and no other info is provided. When i called the place a gentleman answered and when i told him my story he started cursing me and told me that i was insane and used profanity like crazy. I told him that i wanted a full refund or i would start a class action suit against the company. Well that sent him over the wall and he kept insulting me and laughing. I put my husband on the phone and he said he pitied him being married to me and my husband tried to calm him down and explain the reason why i was so upset but then he cursed him and that was enough for us. I want to provide any one that has had a problem with this company their telephone number. They are located in camp point, illnois and the phone number is 217-334-4083. All i want is my money back and hopefully someone will put an end to his business and him. He is a very very sick man. Stay away from this company. Please help me get my money back. Thank you
