I was an employee for Prime Home in Aug. They held a pay check for inspection of work. This was to be held for no more then 30 days. Yet the next week they paid me another check not the withheld one. However a couple of weeks go by and they start rejecting all kinds of work for wrong contracts signed and stated that these must be resubmitted for payment.
I did this and now 3 month's later they still have yet to disperse wages. We have E-mailed and faxed them copies of these unpaid invoices many times yet they keep getting lost!!! They have confirmed the E-mails and even stated they would resolve the issue. Thus far, they have failed to do so... Then you get e-mails back stating that the matter was fowarded to a higher up supervisor. Well, you make endless phone calls and finally get through to the high up supervisor and they say they know nothing of the matter.
Therefore ask yourself this question before you use or deal with Prime Home Entertainment?
If they would do this to a employee that worked 6-7 days a week for them how would they treat you as a customer!!!
